I just LOVE Luna Lovegood. But then again, who doesn't?

You guys know about those things that looked really great when you're working on it... but they gradually get worse, right? Yes, this picture is one of them. Don't even ask me what happened to her skirt. And, as usual, my scanner just killed it. And my attempts with drawing a patronus just failed miserably.
[Yes, that ball with the smoke is supposed to be a crystal ball. Remember who Luna's favorite teacher is? ;D]
There's a contest regarding this picture as well: If you can tell me what Luna's wand is made of, I'll give you... a free hug.

she is magic beyond magic.
The patronus is great. At first I just thought it was just a very pretty well done smoke thing, but once I read the comments, I looked and found the hare! It's cute. ^_^ You shouldn't make it more prominent though, the subtlety of it is what makes it perfect. I bet it's the scanner's fault though, all my shading goes byebye when I scan in portaits made with pencil, lol.
The only critique I can give it that the head seems a tiny bit off somehow. I think you really have a future in art!
Proportion is still something I need to work on. ^^ Thank you, thank you, thank you!
